Company Description Lapasar is one of Malaysia\'s fast-growing startups and a Business to Business (B2B) wholesale platform serving over 3,000 SME\'s and corporations in Malaysia. The company emphasizes on FMCG goods distribution to thousands of retail clients throughout the country with their own warehousing, distribution and financial services capabilities. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Shah Alam with the role title Recruitment / Talent Acquisition ( Mass Hiring ). In this role, your day-to-day task will include sourcing candidates, interviewing, and onboarding them to ensure the timely delivery of the company\'s needs for mass hiring. Lapasar is expanding to several new locations in 2024, thus requires a large number of additional employees throughout the company. Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably experienced in mass hiring Excellent communication skills Ability to prioritize assignments and multitask to meet deadlines Target-driven and enjoying working with tight timelines Familiar with various job portals and candidate sourcing strategies Minimum bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or other related field Benefits Strong Health insurance coverage / Group Term Life Insurance GP visits by Mednefits Professional development Options for promotions Available Roles: Executive Role: RM3,000-RM4,000 Salary Senior Executive Role: RM4,000-RM5,000 Salary (Requires strong experience in recruitment and ability to guide junior team members)
