Job Scope
Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews .
Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
Building and maintaining a strong network of candidates through effective networking and relationship management.
Requirements
At minimum a Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant fields.
Hands on experience with recruiting and sourcing candidates.
Excellent communication, people and interpersonal skills.
1-3 years of experience in an HR support or executive role
