Job Description

Responsibilities



Source and identify talent through various channels, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates is in place Validate and compile most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references. Coordinate and manage the entire interview process, ensuring timely communication and feedback shared to the candidate Establishing and maintaining relationships with candidates Facilitate the hiring process, including offer negotiations, support the offer roll out process and conducting necessary background checks on behalf of clients. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and market conditions to enhance recruitment processes and attract top talent.

Required skills and qualifications



With a Bachelor Degree Minimum of 2 years of working experience as an IT Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist Familiarity with end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation). Excellent proactive communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks Good interpersonal skill
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
