Job Description
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage diverse talent across various channels.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, culture fit, and potential.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our recruitment efforts.
Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote company as an employer of choice.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
