Assists Management and to act as a focal person for the project assigned
Serves as the primary link between Client, Workers and Leadership to assure understanding of Client-Company goals and objectives.
Manages on-site team by driving tasks to completion through effective prioritization, work planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Recruits and recommends qualified workers to the Client.
Registers the workers to the Client, including the preparation of the worker\xe2\x80\x99s personnel file, identity card, attendance card, uniforms and safety equipment\xe2\x80\x99s for the new workers.
Brief the workers on the Client and Company Rules & Regulations, including the hostel rules and the medical services provided (if any)
Updates, monitors and manages daily attendance, shift schedule, annual leaves and sick leaves of the workers to ensure the punctuality of the workers.
Prepares and maintains information to generate required reports (payroll and invoice purposes)
Monitors and renew the service contract of the workers while under the service of the Company.
Manages hostel administration and ensure staff have a comfortable, safe stay in the hostel and makes sure that everything works properly.
Ensure the proper and sufficient transport is provided to the workers in according to worker\xe2\x80\x99s work schedule (if required).
Arrange and monitor the workers locker to ensure proper documentation of the assigned lockers and locker\xe2\x80\x99s key.
Provide a prompt reporting to the Client on the following:
1. Send a written notification on the registration of new workers, progression of workers and/or termination of workers. 2. Submit the workers\xe2\x80\x99 attendance report timely. 3. Provide notification at least three (3) days in advance to the Client on any meeting, briefing and/or gathering arranged by the Company with the workers.
Monitors and takes disciplinary action against problem workers.
Takes disciplinary action on the worker based on the recommendation of the Client.
Attends to all the meeting requested by the Client.
Feedback to the Management and/or Client on any complaints and/or issue received from the workers.
Takes immediate action to any inquiry of worker.
Acts on any other ad-hoc assignment requested by the Client (with consent of the Company).
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Degree in Business/Human Resources Management or equivalent
At least 1 year of relevant working experience. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong decision-making skills
Resourcefulness and drive to achieve independent targets
Strong sense of urgency to cope with urgent placements
