BAT DIGITAL BUSINESS SERVICE IS LOOKING FOR A RECRUITMENT INTERN

SENIORITY LEVEL: Internship

FUNCTION: Human Resources

SALARY RANGE: RM 1,500 monthly allowance

LOCATION: Sunway Geo Tower, Bandar Sunway

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The role is responsible for supporting recruiters in the day-to-day administrative tasks and activities of the HR recruitment function. You will also have the opportunity to take part in key projects and build real-work experience with recruitment. If you\xe2\x80\x99re driven, passionate and ambitious, this internship will let you achieve your potential. It\xe2\x80\x99s a 6-month programme with unprecedented corporate exposure that\xe2\x80\x99s geared specifically for high-potential individuals. We\xe2\x80\x99re developing the next generation of leaders and will be with our interns every step of the way.

Reports To: Recruitment Team Lead

Reporting Level: Individual Contributor

Geographic Scope: Asia Pacific and Middle East

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Provide recruitment and administrative support to the team (screening, coordinating with candidates, interview scheduling, social media engagement etc.)
• Supporting the logistics and execution of internal events and projects
• Assist in conceptualizing and carrying out simplification of processes within the recruitment team
• Supporting any ad-hoc tasks within the team

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Undergraduate student majoring in any subject area with internship left as coursework.
• Good handle of MS Office Suite
• Willing to learn and has positive attitude with good communication
• Ambitious and agile individuals with demonstrated leadership capabilities via extra-curricular activities
