About the Role:

As a Recruiting Lead (HOD), you will lead the charge in delivering talent solutions that align with business growth. You'll manage and develop a team of recruiters, work closely with senior stakeholders, and drive hiring strategies that address today's evolving talent market.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruitment team.

Manage full-cycle recruitment with a focus on tech and consulting functions.

Advise and influence business leaders on hiring strategies and market trends.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Leverage talent market insights and data to inform hiring decisions.

Ensure compliance with internal hiring practices and support audit readiness.

Collaborate with HR and leadership teams on workforce planning and headcount forecasting.

Continuously enhance recruitment processes to improve speed and quality of hire.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

10+ years of recruitment experience, especially in tech and consulting.

Proven leadership in managing and scaling recruitment teams.

Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities.

In-depth understanding of the tech talent landscape and emerging trends.

Experience with workforce planning, market mapping, and external talent partnerships.

Familiarity with governance and compliance in recruitment operations.

Excellent communicator, people leader, and problem solver.

Pay: RM12,500.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
