As we gear up for unprecedented growth, we're on the hunt for an experienced and strategic Hiring Manager to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts and fuel our ambitious expansion plans.

• Minimum 3 Years of Experience: Proven track record in hiring within a corporate environment, preferably in the tech industry.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• Language: Proficiency in Mandarin is required for this role

ResponsibilitiesWhat does your typical day look like?

• Managing Talent Acquisition Campaigns - Oversee Facebook Ads for talent acquisition (don't worry if you're new to FB Ads, we provide on-the-spot training!).
• University & Career Fair Outreach - Research and connect with universities to arrange booths at career fairs and industry events.
• Interviewing & Candidate Selection - Conduct interviews and ensure we bring in the right talent for the right roles.
• Internal Talent Management - Act as the central hub for talent-related matters, maintaining a centralized talent repository for the group.
• Process Optimization - Identify ways to improve hiring efficiency and lower talent acquisition costs for the group.
• Employer Branding & Online Presence - Manage and enhance our LinkedIn presence, Glassdoor reviews, and Ricebowl ratings to attract top talent.
• Employee Relations (Bonus if you have experience!) - Build relationships with employees and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
