Job title: Recruitment Manager Location: Cyberjaya Terms: Permanent Salary Range: RM 5,500 Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am-6pm) *Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to address employee relations issues or attend events. Key Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g., job application and onboarding processes). \xef\x82\xb7 Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance. \xef\x82\xb7 Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire and cost-per-hire). \xef\x82\xb7 Implement new sourcing methods (e.g., social recruiting and Boolean searches). \xef\x82\xb7 Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs. \xef\x82\xb7 Research and choose job advertising options. \xef\x82\xb7 Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques. \xef\x82\xb7 Recommend ways to improve our employer brand. \xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs. \xef\x82\xb7 Stay up-to-date on labour legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations. \xef\x82\xb7 Participate in job fairs and career events. \xef\x82\xb7 Build the company\xe2\x80\x99s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners. Candidate requirements: \xef\x82\xb7 Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Recruiting Coordinator. \xef\x82\xb7 Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases \xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of labour legislation. \xef\x82\xb7 Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation. \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills. Specific Industry Requirements \xef\x82\xb7 Must possess a minimum of 6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in I.T Recruitment. \xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with social media and other professional networks (like GitHub).
