Job description 1. End-to-End Talent Acquisition o Execute full recruitment cycle: sourcing ? interview coordination ? offer ? onboarding. o Recruit for operators, technicians, engineers, and functional roles. o Conduct screening calls and assess candidate suitability (skills, attitude, culture fit). o Reduce vacancy lead time and ensure timely replacement. o Coordinate pre-employment checks, reference checks, and medical reports (if required). 2. Sourcing Strategy o Utilize job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, referrals, and internal database. o Build long-term talent pipeline for critical skills and high-demand departments. o Maintain relationship with training centers, vocational schools, and universities. o Support foreign recruitment when necessary (EP / Work Permit). 3. Hiring Coordination o Liaise closely with Hiring Managers to understand manpower needs and job criteria. o Prepare interview schedule, follow up feedback, and drive decision completion. o Ensure smooth onboarding: documents, orientation, reporting. 4. Recruitment Compliance o Ensure hiring process complies with Malaysia Employment Act, IR principles, and company policy. o Maintain accurate recruitment documents and employee files. o Protect candidate confidentiality and data privacy. 5. Reporting & KPI Tracking o Track recruitment metrics: vacancy aging, lead time, hiring cost, offer acceptance. o Provide weekly/monthly hiring status to HR Manager and Management. o Support manpower planning and headcount forecast.
Requirements o Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. o Minimum 2 years HR experience in talent acquisition experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sector. o Strong sourcing capability and familiarity with job portals (Jobstreet, Indeed, LinkedIn). o Able to assess candidate skills, work attitude, and culture fit. o Good communication in English; Mandarin is an advantage (for China candidates/suppliers). o Responsible, proactive, organized, and able to handle pressure. o Strong understanding of Malaysia HR legal framework.
