Recruitment Operations Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Operations Coordinator to support our Work Order and Contractor Management team. This role involves administrative, compliance, and coordination tasks related to recruitment operations, procurement, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage work orders, payment requests, and contractor extensions. Review and resolve invoice/payment issues with suppliers and finance. Ensure compliance documents and approvals are in place. Act as the point of contact between onshore and offshore teams. Prepare standard and ad hoc reports for stakeholders. Support finance with monthly accruals and documentation tracking. Handle queries from project teams, contractors, and suppliers. Assist in audits, process improvements, and supplier training.

Requirements:



1-2 years of experience in HR operations, procurement, or recruitment coordination. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Vendor Management Systems (Beeline, Fieldglass, Ariba, IQN) is an advantage. Good problem-solving and customer service mindset.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
