Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research in order to have good understanding of a role and job requirements from client Support recruitment consultant in sourcing of right profile for assigned job Conduct phone screening on potential candidate or candidate apply for job Posting job ads to relevant job portal and social media platforms Working closely with recruitment consultant to arrange phone, video, or in-person interviews for candidate Sharing most suitable profiles of candidate to recruitment consultant within committed timeline Savvy on our recruitment tools to achieve effective sourcing outcome Ensure good candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Achieve KPI set by the management

Requirements:

This job opportunity is open for fresh graduate or candidate without recruitment experience but passionate to venture into recruitment industry. Bachelor's degree holder. Good communication skills and good command of English Candidates that are keen to venture into recruitment industry or Human Resource profession are welcome to apply.
