Job Description


1.To perform general administration and data entry duties. (E.g. answering calls, photocopying, mailing, filing, and data entry) 2.Maintain a systematic filing system and safekeeping of important documents 3.To provide administrative support (data entry) 4.To perform other related activities when necessary 5.Upload the products to company website 6.Ensure all received and issued goods are recorded and updated. 7.Able to handle quotations, deal confirmations, delivery orders, invoicing and generating sales orders. 8.Well-verse in computer especially Microsoft word and Excel. 9.Ensure inventory system & documentation are done accurately and promptly. 10.Ensure transactions are recorded in excel in a systematic manner, including stock transfers. 11.Ensure inventory reconciliation between the inventory tracking system and the physical counts. 12.Prepare, update, and generate Inventory Reports for the management. 13.Conduct monthly stock count. 14.Any other duties as assigned by the superior / management to you from time to time.
