Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Plan recruitment timelines and ensure manpower requisitions are approved before hiring.
Maintain an updated manpower plan and recruitment tracker.
Talent Sourcing & Advertising
Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals and career fairs.
Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and ensure consistent employer branding.
Explore cost-effective and creative sourcing strategies.
Screening & Selection
Review applications, screen resumes, and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Administer assessments, reference checks, and background verifications when necessary.
Offer Management & Onboarding
Prepare offer letters and employment contracts in accordance with company policy.
Negotiate offers with candidates within approved salary ranges.
Coordinate with HR operations for onboarding arrangements (orientation, documentation, access, etc.)
Reporting & Compliance
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports for audit and management review.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policy and statutory requirements.
Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Employer Branding & Engagement
Support employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, social media campaigns, and internship programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to managerial or supervisory responsibilities.
Have strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Pleasant personality, good team player, strong planning and organizing skill, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly in data management and recruitment reporting.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet tight deadlines.
