Job Details:

Position : Talent Acquisition Specialist

Company Industry : Aviation MRO

Working Hours : Monday to Friday (0800 hour to 1730)

Working Location : Remote

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY

Remuneration : Basic range from RM3,000 - RM5,000 with statutory contribution (based on experience & qualification) + leave entitlement + insurance & medical coverage

WHO CAN APPLY?

• Bachelor\'s Degree with 2 years\' of recruiting and sourcing experience
• Experience in regional recruitment for ASEAN is preferred
• Those with in-house or agency recruitment experience would have an added advantage
• Knowledge of Workday is preferred

JOB ROLE

• Responsible for professional hiring across all business functions, internship and leadership program hiring
• Responsible for the wing-to-wing recruitment process, including but not limited to, managing job posting and process compliance, job launch, sourcing and screening of candidates, candidate tracking and status updates to business partners. Facilitate interview feedback sessions, prepare salary proposal, extend verbal offers and issue Employment Agreements
• Collaborate with People Leaders, Department Leaders and HR to ensure a positive candidate\'s experience
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and develop an expertise in their business and talent needs, helping to develop and manage talent pools and pipelines
• Utilize proactive and innovative sourcing strategies utilizing various techniques to meet the hiring demand of the business
