Responsibilities:

• Gain a deep understanding of clients\' requirements and needs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and regular interaction.
• Conduct interviews and screening processes to evaluate candidates\' suitability for clients\' needs.
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job portals.
• Collaborate closely with team members to achieve company objectives and exceed client expectations.

Requirements:

• Possess a degree in any field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proactive and outgoing personality, with a passion for building relationships.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Fresh graduates are welcome, as training will be provided. Prior experience is not required.
