- Responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process from advertising to onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients; Understand the client\'s recruitment needs and preferences for candidates.
- Source potential candidates based on client\'s preference to fulfil job orders.
- Interview selected candidates and coordinate interview schedules between clients and potential candidates
- Strive to achieve monthly KPIs set by company.
- Degree in business/humanity field (Fresh graduates are welcome, training will be provided)
- Have good communicate and able to build good relationship with clients and candidates
- Performance driven and able to work in face-paced environment
- Confident, enthusiastic, and outgoing
- Enjoy connecting with people and working in a team
