Recruitment Specialist

to lead our hiring efforts across Malaysia and Singapore.


In this role, you'll manage the

end-to-end recruitment process

, from talent sourcing to onboarding, while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. You'll also play a key part in

bulk hiring campaigns

to support new club openings, seasonal demands, and organizational growth.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition & Bulk Hiring

Lead the full recruitment cycle: postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, and offers.


Drive bulk hiring campaigns for multiple roles across clubs, meeting manpower needs within deadlines.


Partner with Hiring Managers to forecast staffing needs and create effective hiring strategies.


Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.

Onboarding & Compliance

Ensure new hires have a seamless onboarding experience and smooth integration into the company.


Uphold compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and data privacy standards.

Reporting & Administration

Keep recruitment records updated and deliver clear reports for management.


Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and suggest improvements.

Employer Branding & Engagement

Represent Anytime Fitness at job fairs, networking events, and branding initiatives.


Actively promote Anytime Fitness as the top employer of choice in the fitness industry.

What We're Looking For

Experience in recruitment, preferably with bulk or high-volume hiring.


Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


Highly organized with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.


Passion for people, growth, and the fitness industry is a big plus!



Salary Range: RM3000 + "Attractive Benefits"
