Your Role:

Undertake the full range of recruitment activities from sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews and closing the hiring process. Provide general coaching, advice and support to hiring managers on all aspects of recruitment. Drive improvements to global recruitment solutions, process and partnership model. Support local and global initiatives related to employer branding and attraction of new talent.

• Discussing role requirements with hiring managers and advising on sourcing channels / approach
• Writing professional job advertisements and postings to attract candidates
• Searching for and approaching potential candidates via digital channels
• Screening of applications and conducting interviews to create shortlist of qualified candidates
• Supporting hiring managers and other business stakeholders on conducting interviews
• Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
• Mediating between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conducting psychometric tests & analysing results
• Gathering & presenting references for candidates
• Monitoring and follow-up on hiring metrics, trends and KPIs (time-to-hire, source of hire etc)
• Recommending improvements to global recruitment processes, tools and external partners
• Advising hiring managers on employment terms and job offers
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
• Support global and local employer branding activities via events, networks and online media
• When relevant, collaborate with and support the country/region HR teams on related activities (e.g. onboarding, data & analytics, exit interviews etc)

• 5 years or more experience as a recruiter. Exposure to both agency and corporate recruitment would be a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills to understand technical roles, examine resumes and assess candidates.
• Communication and relationship building skills to work well with candidates and managers.
• Service minded and proactive; you will provide swift response and proactive advice to a fast moving organization.
• Experience of working with personality assessment tools and vendors would be ideal.
• Digital savvy and good understanding of HR / recruitment software.
