1-3 years of experience in proactive sourcing, headhunting, or LinkedIn recruitment.
Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn Boolean search techniques.
Familiarity with the game development / tech / digital creative industry
Strong English writing and communication skills
Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple candidates at different stages.

Actively search and identify high-potential candidates in large or well-known companies via LinkedIn, ArtStation, Behance, GitHub, etc.
Send personalized messages (cold outreach) to invite potential candidates to consider job opportunities with us.
Build and maintain a candidate pipeline and track communications in an organized manner.
Coordinate with internal HR/recruitment team to align sourcing strategies with company hiring needs.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor talent structures, and key players in the field.
Maintain excellent candidate experience through clear, professional, and respectful communication.
Assist in candidate pre-screening and set up interviews when interest is confirmed.
