LOCATION: Redberry City, Seksyen 13, Petaling Jaya
WORKING DAYS: Rotational Shift 24/7
BASIC SALARY: RM1800 - RM1850
MUST BE ABLE TO START ON 3rd JAN 2022.

Responsibilities:
* To attend to digital inquiries via Emails/Social Media pertaining to COVID19's vaccination process and to provide support through their vaccination registration journey
* Engages with customers via Emails/Social Media.
* Keeps records of interactions and details of customers' inquiries and feedback in the system.
* Ensures performance target is met according to the KPI set-forth.
* Follows company procedures, guidelines and policies set.

Requirements:
* Good command of Bahasa Melayu and English
* Experienced in the customer service/call center industry is an added advantage
* Strong Communication Skills & EXCEPTIONAL WRITING skills
* MUST be able to Multitask
* Dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skill
* MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ON SHIFT ROTATION 24/7
* FRESH GRADUATES OR UNI STUDENTS ON SEMESTER BREAK ARE WELCOMED!
* MUST COME WITH LAPTOP, HIGH-SPEED BROADBAND CONNECTION (MINIMUM 100MBPs) for Work From Home (Optional - after a min of 1 month working in the office)
