We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Refinery Assistant Technician to join our team. To remind, this is an entry level and we are searching for candidate who can accept the term and conditions as per our company needs. This position is essential in supporting the maintenance and operation of various systems and equipment within our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and chemical process knowledge, be comfortable with heavy lifting, and have a foundational understanding of whole operations and distributed control systems.
Duties:
Fully understand of Mechanical Separator process, what is cell and Oash/(AH)
Control process parameter of mechanical separation, include bowl rpm, turbidity feeding flow rate, cell discharge flow rate, supernatant @ AH flow rate etc.
Identify concentration level needed as per top management order
Sampling of cell/cell sludge discharge from mechanical separation every morning and send to quality department laboratory for checking a result
Have an ability for troubleshooting of valve if trouble occurs
Have a great knowledge on mechanical and instrument part in process such as type of valve; butterfly, on-off valve, check valve, diagram valve
Prepare Operation Data Sheet (ODS) for mechanical separator process
Performing washing and Cleaning in Place (CIP) of mechanical separator as per management orders
Patrol site condition of mechanical separation area to check piping leakage, oil return circulation, supernatant clearness at sight glass and equipment abnormal sound at mechanical separator machine
Operate and maintain process control systems, including PLC's HMI. Performing washing
Fill up Operation Daily Sheet and Patrol Report
Always monitor machine activities at HMI control system (Mesh Stripping) monitor at control rooms
Daily cleaning activities of strainer
Check/monitor Plate Heat Exchanger to ensure flow in the right condition (slow/fast) and monitor M-Broth level
Supply MeSH Stripping to Ultra Filtration (U/F)
Conduct routine checks on bio-reactors, filtration units, equipment pump and storage tank.
Qualification and Education Requirements:
Educational:
Minimum requirement Diploma holder from Mechanical Engineering, Chemical studies and related field of manufacturing process
Or having relevant experience more than 2 years
Experience:
Fresh graduate or with one or two years working experience
Skills:
Experience in HPLC database and manufacturing processes
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook, SAP)
Must able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintain a positive attitude manner
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignment to complete a task
Have an excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effective communicate within Expatriate within an organization
Language:
Fluency, both written and verbal in English and Malay.
Others:
Able to give a commitment for any ad-hoc task assign by Engineer or Part Lead/Team Lead
