We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Operations Manager
to lead and oversee refinery operations at our MMOF facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, compliance with industry standards, and efficient coordination between departments to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations including receiving, dispatch, weighbridge, and tank farm activities.
Monitor raw material and product inventories, and coordinate planning with marketing and production teams.
Track stock variances and take prompt corrective actions.
Ensure timely and accurate product delivery to both domestic and international customers.
Collaborate with the Lab team to address product quality issues and customer feedback.
Liaise with shipping agents, port authorities, and logistics service providers.
Oversee the preparation and verification of shipping and export documentation.
Ensure compliance with customs, trade regulations, and customer requirements.
Monitor and control logistics and operational costs.
Maintain compliance with certifications such as
HACCP, GMP, HALAL, RSPO, MSPO, and ISCC
.
Manage workforce planning, training, and performance to meet operational targets.
Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Minimum
10 years of experience
in a similar role, preferably within the
palm oil refinery industry
.
Good knowledge of
PORAM contracts
,
MPOB licensing regulations
, and
Incoterms
is an advantage.
Experience with
SAP software
will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
