Primary Objective:
Support Regional Director to drive & manage ASB Sales at Region
Responsible for achievement of Region\'s ASB sales and growth targets
Support & work with Personal Bankers (ASB) on business development activities for ASB loans
Conduct ASB sales briefing, g
Key Responsibilities:
Line reporting to Regional Director on ASB sales, loans growth & ASB sales activities
Functional reporting to Head of ASB & CPM Fee Ops
Build relationship & assist branches to sell ASB loans
Spearhead growth of Regional ASB loan portfolio

Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).
Minimum 3 years experience in sales & marketing preferably banking products
Possess knowledge on the operations of ASB
Creative and innovative in execution of sales techniques
Has good interpersonal and relationship building skills
