We are a talented, energetic group of marketers who collaborate cross-functionally with our colleagues in technology, product, go-to-market, and sales.If you\'re eager to grow an exciting portfolio of technology and data solutions that solve intriguing problems for businesses across Southeast Asia and beyond, join our team!Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness and leads for Grab Enterprise businesses across Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Thailand.Collaborate with growth marketing and local sales teams to identify and plan key events for lead generation and brand awareness, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality events for our prospects and clients.Create content pieces (case studies, thought leadership, videos) to drive brand awareness and increase web traffic and sales.Work with Grab\'s internal creative team, performance marketing colleagues, CRM experts and field marketing partners to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials.Gather feedback and track the ROI of events and programs for reporting and continuous improvement.Manage vendors, budgets, costs, and pricing negotiations for marketing activities.Maintain quarterly and annual activity management/reporting and initiate improvements over time.QualificationsYou Are Someone With:Strong project management skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail, valuing independence and accountability.A proactive mindset, pre-empting potential issues and addressing them before they arise.4-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing, or tech marketingGood awareness (and/or willingness to study) of emerging business and tech trends affecting enterprise clients of Grab.Event and content production experience, with an eye for quality and feasibility within time and budget constraints.Skill in managing internal and external stakeholders, maintaining timelines and budgets, and ensuring schedules are met.Self-motivation, organisation, detail orientation, and a strong sense of accountability, teamwork, and passion.The charm to persuade and the discipline to enforce rules when necessary.Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory):B2B-specific marketing skills, including building creative and effective presentations, white papers, and long-form content.Experience with database management, marketing operations (Marketo, Pardot, etc.), and tools such as Salesforce to track the impact of initiatives.Additional InformationBenefits at Grab:We care deeply about your well-being and are committed to supporting you every step of the way.
