The role of the Regional Operations Assistant Manager is expected to lead and conduct operational improvement projects to increase efficiencies and ensures initiatives are finalized into standardized operating procedures with all relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interfere in countries KPIs if issues arise
• Identifying red flags in stakeholder projects, monitor the development and align with stakeholders on consequences, claims cost and contractual obligations
• Executing process improvement projects to improve KPIs through cross functional collaboration with countries team and regional stakeholders
• Document finalized initiatives into standardized operation procedures and communicate product/process needs to stakeholders

Requirements

• 3-4+ years of investment banking / business intelligence or related experience; high-growth analytics or operations experience is a plus
• Strong ability in evaluating and carrying out deep analysis in operational performance, through data-driven decision making paired with strong business acumen.
• Proven ability in presenting data to key stakeholders, with deep expertise in the use of Microsoft Excel in analysis and presentation process.
• Strong hands-on driven management approach and comfortable in operating at all levels of seniority in ensuring key performance targets are met.
