Job Responsibilities:

  • Direct overall brand management including strategic direction, drivers of brand growth for short- and long-term profitability, full P&L responsibility, pricing strategy, consumer insight, market research, 360 marketing management including digital marketing; campaign executions, nationwide promotions, press relations, visual and trade merchandising
  • Direct marketing and digital marketing management strategies, press relations, event executions, visual merchandising, and CRM
  • Manage product marketing forecasting, promotional sales strategies, launch of all new products, business development initiatives - store opening, retail partnerships and e-commerce
  • Responsible for distribution of products across all channels offline and online including 3rd party marketplace
  • Create media and consumer awareness through ATL and BTL investments
  • Create CRM program for recruiting and engaging consumers, building life-long value
  • Launch keys product launches successfully in line with guidelines from brand principal
  • Forecast and manage inventory of finished goods and POSM
  • Manage yearly budget forecasting
  • To work with Country Managers and local teams on strategic alignment, channel and key account management, in-market execution, operations, team and structure, and annual sales budget
  • Monthly purchase phasing aligned with Country Manager and Demand Planning Manager
  • Responsible for store design/execution in line with brand guidelines
  • Responsible for contracts with sub-distributors for salon channel
  • Prepare regular reports to internal and external stakeholders as required on business issues and progress
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in beauty/FMCG/luxury/consumer/retail industry preferred.
  • Strong expertise and proven track record in driving business/brand strategy & execution (sales, marketing, media, PR, and market development)
  • Good analytical skills with ability to grasp P&L and key financials
  • Creative problem-solving and good decision-making
  • Well-groomed, confident, and independent individual with entrepreneur spirit. Able to handle negotiations and meetings with higher level executives, both internally (eg., Country Managers) and externally (eg. Senior Executives from brand partners)
  • Fluent in English, any other Asian language an advantage to support business needs
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • A strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Resourceful, meticulous, and well organized with a positive can-do attitude
