You will be entrusted with developing strategies for your assigned category, ensuring its relevance in the market. Your keen eye for detail will be crucial as you manage regional assortments, offering guidelines that ensure we meet customer needs. You will also be at the forefront of creating category road maps, prioritising innovation projects that keep us ahead of the competition. Collaborating with local sales and marketing networks will be key to sharing best practices and knowledge.   • Develop, adjust, and implement plans and targets according to strategy for the assigned Category
  • Manage and develop the assigned Category through an in-depth understanding of current and potential applications of products
  • Ensure that the product portfolio is relevant by managing regional assortment and offering guidelines
  • Create and implement Category road maps by prioritising innovation projects
  • Maintain consistency of Products in Service by monitoring use, feedback, positioning, and profitability in the market
  • Support local activity by working closely with local sales and marketing networks
  • Support innovation project team in the region by planning, coordinating, and monitoring activities
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Regional Brand Manager role is an experienced professional with a strong background in brand management. You will have a Bachelor\'s Degree and at least 4-6 years of relevant experience. Your proficiency in English, both verbal and written, will be essential in this role. You will bring strong communication skills to the table, along with the ability to influence others. Your ability to travel within the region will be crucial. We are looking for someone who can act on their own initiative, make things happen, and accept responsibility for results. Your methodical approach to work, ability to plan ahead, define clear priorities, and allocate resources effectively will be key to your success in this role. Lastly, your ability to quickly understand and analyse complex issues and problems will be highly valued.
  • Bachelor\'s Degree with minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience required
