SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
The Regional Brand Manager - Exterior is responsible for driving the exterior category by building in-depth knowledge and understanding of the customer needs, requirements and the market situation with the intention of achieving profitable growth and materialising innovations that solves customer needs in accordance with the exterior category\'s strategies.

This position will be reporting to the Regional Category Manager - Exterior and will based in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, Selangor.

Responsibilities

• 
  Develop, manage and implement the region\xe2\x80\x99s short-term and long-term marketing activities for the Exterior Category to achieve the key performance indicators in terms of innovation growth, brand development, brand profitability and financial targets.
• 
  Ensure that the positioning of assigned products in the region is in-line with Regional and Corporate guidelines by following up on brand strategies and positioning to drive the profitable growth of the assigned products.
• 
  Identify relevant new opportunities within the brand strategy by initiating new ideas for the Exterior Category to drive profitable growth.
• 
  Support innovation project team in the region by planning, coordinating and monitoring activities to ensure that the project achieve desired results within agreed schedule. Operate within agreed expenditure set by Jotun\xe2\x80\x99s business strategy.
• 
  Manage innovation projects for the Brand in the region by planning, coordinating and monitoring activities to ensure the projects achieve the desired results.
• 
  Operate within agreed expenditure based on Jotun\'s business strategy.

Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree with minimum 4 \xe2\x80\x93 6 years\xe2\x80\x99 of relevant experience required.
• 
  Preferably have experience and knowledge in Marketing.
• 
  Proficient with Microsoft Office
• 
  Must be proficient in verbal and written English.
• 
  Strong communication and influencing skills.
• 
  Ability to travel within the region when required.
