• Salesforce maintenance and enhancement.
• Sales performance reporting via Salesforce for Asia Logistics (could be expanded to other divisions).
• Follow up on Salesforce discipline. Ensure no opportunities are dormant and Sales personnel utilize Salesforce in a correct and efficient manner.
• Provide Salesforce training as and when required.
• Collaborate with GL Australia and Global Forwarding to ensure consistency in reporting Sales performance.
• Provide data analytics and reports on Asia Logistics as and when required.
