Your Key Responsibilities 1. Reporting to the CEO to update and keep CEO abreast of market trends and conditions. 2. Develop offshore business opportunities by expanding and identifying new clientele. 3. Develop relationship and expose company potential to international oil companies, national oil companies, EPC Companies, international brokers and contracting companies. 4. Scan offshore markets and identify future trends with respect to type of assets, type of services and market demands to aid in drawing up future new build specifications. 5. Review and Assess Tenders \xe2\x80\x93 identify potential opportunities, assess commercial risks and cost impacts and develop and implement bid strategies to win tenders. 6. Complete and submit tender and clarification within the deadline. 7. Manage overview on contract deployment and mobilizations. 8. Oversee contract management to client satisfaction. 9. Manage chartering for foreign owned vessels. 10. Manage company backlogs, aging receivables, utilization reports, budgeting, and costing. 11. Increase company profit margin with strategy commercial planning and execution. 12. Manage prompt and timely billing. 13. Manage and co-ordinate with Malaysia chartering team \xe2\x80\x93 maintain team morale and motivation for better engagement and result. 14. To facilitate communication between Operations, Technical to measure vessel performance 15. To obtain regional market report and intel of the offshore vessel activity in the region. 16. To promote and market the offshore vessels in the Asia Pacific Region, specifically in Thailand, Vietnam, Brunei, Philippines, and India. 17. To manage and execute tendering and contracting activities of overseas market. 18. Develop business strategy for the region. 19. Manage contractual, commercial, and chartering responsibility of the vessel. 20. Build and foster relationship and expansion of network with oil majors, drilling companies, rig owners and international brokers. 21. To look into renewable energy in alternative market. 22. To identify local partners for partnership/joint venture. 23. To identify local cabotage rules and regulations for vessel. 24. Attend international related conference and seminar related to the Oil & Gas Industry. We are looking for Professionals 1. With Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree related to Marketing. 2. Has commercial and contractual experience in the upstream sector for at least 10 years. 3. Expert in Chartering of Offshore Support Vessels \xe2\x80\x93 experience in working with Oil Majors, National Oil Companies, Turnkey Contractors, Drilling Companies, Rig Owners and International Brokers. 4. Has experience in handling Asia Pacific Region (Thailand, Vietnam, Brunei, Philippines, and India). 5. Has good leadership skills and is experienced in managing a team. 6. With excellent administrative, planning and implementation skills. 7. With excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 8. Is self-motivated and business minded. 9. Candidate who has own accommodation and transportation enabling him/her to travel and be based in Singapore / Brunei for business development purposes will have an added advantage.
