JOB PURPOSE Responsible for the overall regional cold chain assets and packaging to maintain ZP as the leading Pharma 3PL in cold chain distribution within the Asia Pacific. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the ZP\'s Cold Chain Strategy implementation, communication to the business and fully aligned with the ZP markets. Leads the quarterly (Jan, Apr, Jul & Oct) cross functional Cold Chain workshop in conjunction with Quality and Procurement to identify cold chain improvements and standardization to maintain the regional cold chain market lead. Ensures ZP\'s Regional Operations, Quality and Procurement have up to date awareness of leading edge technologies and industry developments for Cold Chain storage, packaging, monitoring, delivery and sustainability Works with Procurement and Quality to identify new, sustainable, standardized, and innovative passive packaging solutions for temperature-controlled delivery to implement across the ZP business. Ensure best practices are utilized, sharing solutions updates across all the markets. Ensure temperature monitoring for fixed and mobile assets with adherence to industry standards including internal and external regulatory guidelines, inclusive of the roll out of standardized temperature solutions within the region, and integration of temperature data with ZP mobility and/or enterprise systems. Ensure adherence to ZP\'s Standard Operating procedures for cold chain handling for inbound processing, SRA, outbound processing, and customer and branch transfer deliveries. Identifies and leads the opportunistic Cold Chain operational improvements and value add projects as required in conjunction with regional stakeholders. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree in Transport and Logistics Management, International Business and or Operations Management 15 years in Pharma cold chain and distribution globally and regional.
