Regional Contract Management Specialist

Job Description


Principal Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure seamless execution of assigned projects, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Actively participate in project-related meetings, recording minutes and following up on critical action items with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal customer care teams to ensure timely and accurate order entry, and support issue resolution during project execution.
  • Develop and update weekly project schedules, liaising with Finance to meet invoicing requirements.
  • Consolidate project documents from inter-departments for timely submission to clients.
  • Arrange and assist with Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) as required.
  • Work with the commercial team to provide accurate monthly forecasts.
  • Support internal customer care teams with project execution, customer feedback, documentation, order tracking, and communication.
  • Ensure adherence to internal standards and external regulations.
  • Travel may be required (up to 10%).
  • Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:Education
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or Diploma with relevant working experience will be considered
Experience
  • Preferably 3 years of working experience with minimum 1 year in Customer support function.
  • Prior experience in Contract / Project management will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in SAP preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
