SUMMARY OF THE ROLEEnsure that we have the right business partners (Dealers) and they are profitable by following selection criteria such as Mapping of area for the right distribution/penetration, evaluation of prospect for the right business partner & Implementation to ensure that the prospect starts on the right note.Support in maintaining our competitive market position in Multicolour tinting by coordinating with the Corporate Multicolour department in developing training to improve the service level of Multicolour staff across the region to ensure that Jotun is ahead of the competition and gives the best shopping experience to our customers.Responsibilities:Develop the structure of opening a new dealer and implement it across the region to ensure that Jotun and dealers gain profitable growth.Identify and Develop an ideal dealer setup for sustainable growth and profitability for all stakeholders.Devise and implement methods of promoting the Jotun Multicolor concept to potential dealers and customers, resulting in increased sales and profitable business for Jotun in line with the strategy.Develop programs in close coordination with the regional marketing department to increase footfall/sales and ensure profitability for Jotun and the dealer.Increase distribution and market share in the In-shop tinting system in close coordination with the sales teams across regional decorative markets.Enhance the retail experience by ensuring proper implementation of various programs developed by the Regional marketing aligned with strategic direction.Implement the structure to improve the sales call efficiency by having the right discussion on the right topics during the sales call.
