Minimum Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in engineering Engineering qualifications combined with a minimum of 15 years of professional experience. Proven track record of engineering leadership, encompassing design engineering and capital management contexts. Established history of driving change in global and multicultural contexts, considering design and capital factors.
