You will also partake in process improvement reviews and any ad hoc projects as assigned.Effective Communicator and Business PartneringYou will assist in communicating clear timelines, ownership, objectives and guidelines. You will guide the facilities managers towards completing budget, operating reviews and forecast activities in an accurate, consistent and timely fashion. The position requires demonstrated ability to navigate diverse cultural, geographical, and functional landscapes. Crucial to success is your proven track record in managing relationships and collaborating effectively with stakeholders across various hierarchical levels, given the regional scope of the role.Financial AnalysisYour responsibilities include consolidating, reviewing, and analyzing AMA financial submissions, as well as preparing reconciliations for quarterly forecasts and annual budget reviews. You\'ll need to identify and manage quarterly accuracy risks for the region. Additionally, you\'ll play a key role in helping the region meet its savings targets. Proficiency in lease accounting concepts is also required.Project AnalysisYour role involves evaluating capital projects and determining their profit and loss (P&L) feasibility throughout the region. This requires close collaboration with project managers, the capital finance team, transaction managers, and facilities managers to effectively oversee the P&L expenditure associated with these initiatives.Financial ComplianceIn this role, you\'ll oversee and validate month-end closing procedures, ensuring their proper execution and thorough investigation. You\'re responsible for maintaining data integrity across regional systems, conducting periodic audits. As a subject matter expert (SME) for the financial system and processes, you\'ll provide expert advice and guidance to business partners and stakeholders.P2P and Account ReceivableAs the regional finance governor, you\'ll supervise the procure-to-pay (P2P) process and client billing operations identified by the Stewardship Team or Client Account Team. Your crucial role involves ensuring timely coordination of invoice processing and supporting accounts receivable collection efforts to maintain robust corporate cash flow.Sound like you? To apply you need to be:ExperienceThe ideal candidate will possess 4-5 years of experience in finance roles, with a focus on financial planning and analysis. A Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Previous experience in multinational corporations (MNCs) and/or fast-paced environments is preferred. Familiarity with the Americas (AMA) region would be an advantage.CompetentYou excel at working both autonomously and collaboratively, adeptly handling multiple priorities. Your expertise includes strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, planning processes, and industry best practices. You demonstrate proficiency in prioritization, making tough decisions, problem-solving, and enhancing operational efficiency.
