About our Client This company is an established and reputable organisation in the Services industry with a strong network of operations globally. Their office in Petaling Jaya is currently in an expansion mode and they are looking to recruit a Regional Finance Lead to manage the SEA portfolio. Responsibilities This role is fundamental in connecting the team together, from a regional perspective hence you play the important role of connecting local country finance and the Shared Service Finance. You will report to the Regional Finance Director and work as an individual contributor in a team of 15. Some of your responsibilities are as follows: ensuring timely month-end closing in the region in compliance with the Group\'s reporting coordinate and drive operational excellence through process improvement and streamlining business partner and be the focal point between local country finance team and internal Shared Service team manage projects relating to enhancing efficiency of SSC\'s support for the countries involved and automation Skills And Experience Required To suceed in this role, you will need at least 12 years\' experience in a progressive role in Finance & Accounting, and ideally professional qualification such as ICAEW, ACCA or CPA. You will also need exposure working in a fast-paced environment with high level stakeholder engagement. You will also need experience in business partnering across different countries and levels as this is a crucial role bridging the gap between local finance and SSC.
