Seeking for a Finance Manager with some regional experiences for a PLC company in MY. Your new company An exciting, commercially focused and known to be one of the global top-tiered PLC and MNC giant conglomerate - in businesses like heavy industry/IT/Hospitality/Property Development and etc, with a head office in Kuala Lumpur. If you think you are enthusiastic in regional financecial and management reporting, high chance you could be the one we are looking for! Your new role . Responsible for the financial and management accounting of Finance Overseas Operation, including preparation of sub-group accounts under Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards. . Work closely with overseas operation personnel, assist in establishing controls and procedures for their business operations. . Formulate and review the policies and procedures to ensure accounting and financial reports accurately reflect the conditions of the business and provide reliable information for control and management purposes. . Improve communications with overseas operation. Ensure the Group reporting requirements are set out and convey clearly and concisely to overseas operation. . Working closely with the tax department to comply with all tax requirements and ensure timely tax submissions. What you\'ll need to succeed . Member of professional body (E.g. MIA, ICAEW, ACCA, MACPA, CPA, ICAA). . Must be a MIA member. . Minimum 7 years accounting experience and 2 years\' experience at managerial level. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. . Meticulous, highly organized and strong leadership qualities. . Good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.
