Job Description

• Develop, formulate, and implement transformation strategies and remedial efforts to strengthen the resiliency and effectiveness of Group CDB.
• Understands the Financial Industry and SEA market landscapes to strategically steer transformation initiatives across Group CDB to be able to take actions to capitalise on opportunities and mitigate threats.
• Champion the change efforts in alignment to the various operations transformation and digitization initiatives by reviewing and providing insightful and forward-looking solutions to the salient operational issues/matters for Group CDB.
• Engaging business unit leaders and acting as trusted advisor in helping them develop and grow their respective Divisions.
• Rally and align senior leadership across Group CDB to build a shared vision in terms of driving strategic excellence.
• Defining strategic projects across Group CDB which includes Digital Assets, Touch \xe2\x80\x98N Go, Corporate Development, Program Management, Business Planning as well as future strategic business partnerships and collaborations.
• Support implementation where necessary of a portfolio of strategic projects and play an influential role over project outcomes by working closely with key project stakeholders including project directors and members.
• Support initialization and mobilization of new strategic projects, including development of proper project objectives, timelines, costs, and resources, as well as appropriate Key Performance Indicators.
• Support management of program interdependencies and risks, for multi-functional and multi-geographic initiatives.
• Support change management functions where relevant.
