Job Description
Our client is one of the top European companies in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the demand planning team.
- Drive demand planning strategy and process improvements.
- Ensure accurate demand plans using SAP/Kinaxis and strong QA.
- Act as primary liaison with global/regional stakeholders.
- Monitor KPIs and present insights to senior management.
- 8+ years in demand planning with proven leadership
- Experience leading in multinational environments
- Strong SAP and Kinaxis expertise
- Strong coaching, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Master's degree or above in Supply Chain, Business, or related field is an advantage
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage
