About our Client

This company is a European multinational company in the Manufacturing industry with operations in Asia Pacific. The operations in this region have a solid track record as a growth driver of the group. There has been some movements internally due to the growth plans of the company and they are looking to hire a Regional Head of FP&A.

Responsibilities

This role will oversee and manage FP&A for a group of entities in this region and support the Global FP&A Head on managing long-term and short-term strategic initiatives. You will take charge of financial performance, P&L, and planning for the business through your role as an active Finance Business Partner to other business units. Your role will also manage a team of Controllers based locally in each entities and they will support on running and driving process improvement initiatives. This position also plays a role in being a change driver, driving positive changes within the organisation as they continuously improve on reporting processes and FP&A analysis.

Skills and Experience Required

You will need at least 12 years experience in a progressive role within Finance & Accounting and at least a Degree in Finance/Accounting or Professional Qualifications. Candidates will also need to have experience in FP&A at regional level and exposure to Manufacturing industry would be an added advantage. It is crucial to have strong stakeholder management and business partnering skill as this role requires high level of engagement across different business units and countries.
