Senior Manager of Organisation Effectiveness will lead the design and delivery of frameworks, policies, and strategies that strengthen the total rewards, organisation design, headcount planning, and internal communications.
This role is both strategic and hands-on, with responsibility for building a future-ready organisation through modernised People & Culture policies, disciplined headcount planning, effective Total Rewards strategies, efficient organisation design, and clear communications supported by strong change management. The successful candidate will partner with the Senior Management Team (SMT) to ensure that the organisation remains agile, efficient, and aligned with its long-term strategic objectives.
