Our Regional HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a pivotal role in driving ZALORA's people agenda across multiple markets, partnering closely with Senior Management Team (SMT) leaders to shape and execute strategic People & Culture initiatives that enable business growth and organizational effectiveness.
This role involves both strategic partnership and hands-on HR delivery from organization design, talent management, and performance enablement to employee engagement and change management. The Regional HRBP will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, balancing employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions. He/She is also expected to contribute to policy formulation as thought partners, enabling P&C policies and practices that will lead to higher employee engagement and desired business outcomes.
The successful candidate will be a proactive, commercially minded HR leader who thrives in dynamic environments, with the ability to balance long-term strategic impact with agile, hands-on execution across the region.
