Regional Hr Director (healthcare)

Job Description

We are seeking a visionary HR leader to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a multi-country regional HR function spanning Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Australia. This role will drive HR transformation, post-merger integration, and enterprise-wide initiatives to build a high-performing, digitally enabled, and cost-efficient workforce that supports growth and continuous innovation.
Human Capital Strategy & Transformation

  • Lead the design and execution of long-term HR strategies aligned with business expansion, profitability, and culture building.
  • Standardize policies, processes, and organizational structures across multiple markets, ensuring compliance and scalability.
Performance Management & Total Rewards
  • Oversee performance management frameworks to drive clear goal setting, continuous feedback, and data-driven evaluation of leadership and employee performance.
  • Design and optimize compensation and benefits strategies, including salary structures, incentive plans, and recognition programs to ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and cost efficiency.
  • Align rewards programs to business outcomes, talent retention, and market benchmarks.
Leadership & Talent Development
  • Establish platforms and programs to build internal capability and succession pipelines.
  • Champion culture and engagement initiatives, including employee experience surveys, recognition programs, and embedding of organizational values.
HR Operations & Digitalization
  • Drive HR digitization and automation to improve employee experience, service levels, and efficiency.
  • Benchmark and optimize labor cost structures, HR headcount ratios, and service delivery metrics across the organization.
  • Ensure HR process compliance, data integrity, and service level adherence.
Stakeholder & Change Management
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on people, culture, and organizational design.
  • Lead change management and communication strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new structures, systems, and culture shifts.
Shape regional people strategy-drive leadership, talent, and culture growth.Drive talent initiatives that shape culture, capability, and leaders.
  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with regional or multi-country exposure in Asia.
  • Proven track record in HR transformation, shared services, and post-M&A integration is highly advantageous.
  • Strong business acumen with expertise in cost management, HR analytics, and digital HR tools.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and change leadership capabilities
