Job Description

Our client is one of the leading companies in the healthcare industry in Selangor. Currently, they are looking for a Regional HR Manager to lead and execute HR support for the business operations. The role will cover all aspects of Human Resources functions and work closely with the Group HR Head in driving HR\'s practices and objectives and responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the Company\'s business goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
• Manage employee relations which includes employee complaints, mediating conflicts, and providing support and guidance to employees on HR-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Recruitment and payroll
• Manage employee benefits and compensation
• Oversee employee training and development: This may include identifying training needs, developing training programs, and tracking the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Perform HR-related reporting and analysis: This may include preparing HR reports for management, analysing data on employee turnover, and identifying trends and areas for improvement in the HR function.
• Collaborate with other managers and department heads o align HR strategies with the overall goals of the organization.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree in HRM or related discipline
• At least 10 years of working experience
• Analytical and sensitive in numerical numbers
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Stakeholder management
