As part of our global HR Service Delivery model, you'll oversee
regional HR IT services
, manage key performance outcomes, and collaborate with product owners to evolve services toward global standards.

What You'll Do
Manage and oversee HR IT service delivery
for your region -- ensuring reliability, performance, and user satisfaction.
Track and improve
key service KPIs
: SLA compliance, user satisfaction (USAT/CSAT), first-time-right metrics, and efficiency indicators.
Act as the
regional point of accountability
for key user populations, including HR Shared Services, operating company HR, and employees.
Co-own and manage the roadmap
for local HR systems and applications with global product owners.
Lead
small-scale regional projects
to align local services with global HR system standards.
Oversee
supplier and financial management
for regional HR IT services.
Collaborate with
global service managers and RFC product owners
to ensure consistent delivery and improvement.
Drive a
proactive service improvement agenda
based on insights and analytics.
What You Bring
?
8-10 years
of experience in
service delivery management
, ideally within
HR technology
environments.
? Deep understanding of
HR process systems
, preferably with
SAP SuccessFactors
.
? Strong experience in
project management
and delivery leadership.
? Practical understanding of
ITSM principles
and the
ITIL framework
.
? Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills within
complex, matrixed global organizations
.
? Self-driven, structured, and outcome-oriented -- with proven leadership capabilities.
? Proficiency with
MS Office tools
and familiarity with performance dashboards and reporting.
