The successful candidate will be joining a leading global consumer products company.What you\'ll do:As a Regional Indirect Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimising the management of all Indirect Procurement Spends and Processes across multiple hubs. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve annual Hub savings targets while ensuring that all Indirect Procurement mandates are respected. Your role will involve managing strategic business relationships both internally and externally while maintaining service quality objectives. You will work collaboratively with divisional leaders, stakeholders, suppliers to ensure centrally led sourcing projects meet local business requirements.

• Optimise the management of all Indirect Procurement Spends and Processes for one or more Hubs
• Develop and execute plans to achieve annual Hub savings and business simplification targets
• Ensure that all Indirect Procurement mandates are respected
• Manage and build strategic business relationships, internally and externally
• Ensure service and quality objectives are maintained and continuously improved
• Work collaboratively with division and global spend Category Leaders, stakeholders and suppliers
• Maintain knowledge of best practices, processes, and technology trends
• Implement metrics, tools, and new processes to optimise sourcing, supplier innovation and business simplification
• Develop comprehensive change management plans to ensure organisational readiness for the implementation of improved sourcing processes and strategies
