Recharge Your Potential Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Key Account Manager to join our Global and Regional Key Account Team in Asia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to maintain and grow our key accounts. As a Regional Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our most important clients, identifying opportunities for business expansion, executing strategic plans to improve customer engagement experience and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and overall company objectives. Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth for assigned key accounts within the region.
  • Drive understanding of key customers imperatives, challenges and business objectives.
  • Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.
  • Understand client needs and work with internal team to tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (such as Marketing, Product, and Operations) to align strategies, deliver value, and provide seamless service to key accounts.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and potential areas of growth.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts, providing insights, performance updates, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that adhere to company policies and profitability goals.
  • Manage and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise, maintaining open lines of communication and a proactive approach to conflict resolution.
  • Own and execute business development plans to drive market share and share of wallet improvement.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports, forecasts, and updates on key account activities, highlighting progress, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance knowledge and contribute to innovative strategies.
  • Executive medium to long term strategy to build strong branding, awareness and mindshare of our capacity, competency and technology leadership with targeted accounts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering.
  • >8 years of proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing large-scale accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of data center / telecom industry and experience/exposure in regional sales or account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude, with a willingness to take ownership of challenges and opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel within the region (50%)
  • Preferably to be based out of Malaysia / Singapore
