Act as the primary contact and expert user for overseas warehousing management systems in the APAC region.
Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with IT support to resolve system-related problems.
Customize system configurations and settings to meet organisational needs and requirements.
Regularly review system performance and suggest improvements or updates to enhance efficiency and usability.
Coordinate and manage regional logistics contracts, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract administration.
Monitor contract performance and compliance to ensure adherence to terms, specifications, and deadlines.
Supervise logistics activities, such as warehousing and inventory management, to support regional operational needs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimise logistics processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Prepare reports and analyse data to evaluate logistics performance and identify areas for improvement within the regional context.
Stay updated on industry trends and best logistics and supply chain management practices relevant to the region.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in logistics operations, contract management, or supply chain management within the regional context.
Thorough understanding of logistics principles, practices, and regulations relevant to the region.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced regional environment.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organisational skills.
