Requirements

  • Experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management, preferably in FMCG, delivery services, or seafood/food industries.
  • Strong understanding of SOP development and implementation in an operational environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including flexibility to work irregular hours.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in managing frontline teams.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or logistics planning software.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Fluent in Mandarin.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in last-mile delivery operations or cold-chain logistics is a strong advantage.
  • Familiar with compliance standards in food safety and cold chain management.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with all SOPs across logistics operations, including packing, dispatch, routing, delivery, and post-delivery procedures.
  • Develop and update process documentation, workflows, and compliance checklists as needed to adapt to business growth and operational changes.
  • Coordinate with operations teams (drivers, packers, logistics coordinators, and customer service) to ensure seamless execution of daily delivery activities.
  • Conduct regular audits and spot checks to identify gaps in process execution and provide corrective actions or training where necessary.
  • Analyze operational performance data to identify inefficiencies or non-compliance trends and recommend improvements.
  • Act as a liaison between operations and management to ensure that process standards are communicated, understood, and executed.
  • Respond to urgent operational issues to ensure quick resolution while maintaining compliance standards.
  • Assist in planning manpower and logistics schedules to meet delivery timelines, especially during peak hours or special campaigns.
